Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

The address on my order is incorrect, what should I do?

Please triple check your address before ordering. We cannot change your address once the order has been placed & it is up to the customer to follow up with the shipping carrier to have the package rerouted if the wrong address has been input. If the package is returned to sender, it is up to the customer to cover the re-shipment charges. No refunds will be given.

 

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed the tracking number. You can then track your order via the carrier website.

 

How long are processing and shipping times?

Please allow 3-7 business days for your order to be processed & an additional 3-14 business days for your order to arrive if you are located in the US and 10-30 days if you are located in Canada. We cannot guarantee exact delivery timeframes. Once an order has been shipped it is subject to the carrier's delivery timeline.

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At this time, we are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please email us (support@people-tees.com) if there is a problem with your order.

 

I refused my delivery, where is my refund?

If you refuse your order upon delivery, please contact our customer support team to inform us of the situation. All refused deliveries will incur a $12 restocking fee. Original shipping fees will not be refunded. Upon the return of your order to our facility, please allow 3-7 business days for your refund to be processed.

 

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order with clear, well-lit, high resolution pictures of the damage. If we assess that the damage is significant, we'll promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

 

My tracking number shows my order was delivered but I never received it, what should I do?

In the rare event that a tracking number indicates an order has been delivered but you haven't received it, we recommend taking the following steps:

  1. Wait for Delivery Confirmation: Before assuming that your package is lost or stolen, we recommend waiting for the carrier to provide delivery confirmation. Sometimes, delays in tracking updates can cause confusion about the delivery status. Additionally, delivery drivers may scan an item as delivered prematurely, leading to temporary discrepancies in tracking updates. We kindly ask for your patience and recommend waiting a few days for the package to arrive, as it may still be in transit.
  2. Check with neighbors and family members: Sometimes, packages may be delivered to a nearby address by mistake. Ask neighbors or family members if they received the package on your behalf.
  3. File a Claim: If you're still unable to locate your package after checking with neighbors and family, we advise filing a claim with the carrier. They may be able to provide additional information or initiate an investigation into the delivery.
  4. Contact Us: While we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been transferred to the carrier, we understand the frustration and inconvenience this situation can cause. If you encounter any difficulties or need assistance with filing a claim, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you and provide any necessary documentation or support.

 

I received the incorrect items in my order, what should I do?

Please email us within 72 hours of receiving your order with clear, well-lit, high resolution pictures of the incorrect items you received. If we confirm that you have indeed received the incorrect items, we will swiftly dispatch the correct ones to you.
