Once your order has been processed, please allow an additional 3-14 business days for your order to arrive if you are located in the US & 10-30 business days if you are located in Canada. Shipping times may vary depending on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.

 **International Shipping:**

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and other fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges associated with international shipments. Please note that international shipping times may vary and delivery dates are not guaranteed due to customs processing.

 **Holiday Shipping:**

During peak seasons and holidays, including but not limited to Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, and New Year's, etc. processing and shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes & carrier delays. We recommend placing orders 3-6 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery. Please refer to our website or contact customer support for holiday shipping updates and deadlines.

 **Shipping Rates:**

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order, shipping destination, and selected shipping method. You can view shipping rates at checkout before completing your purchase. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

 **Order Tracking:**

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track the status of your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

 **Delivery Dates:**
