  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

Shipments:

  • We strive to process orders promptly and ship products in a timely manner. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the selected shipping method, and other factors beyond our control.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your shipment and estimated delivery date.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy:

  • At this time, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests. People Tees reserves the right to refuse all returns, exchanges, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, please contact us asap at support@people-tees.com. Please ensure that any accompanying photos are high resolution and clearly show the product issue.

Unauthorized Resales:

  • You agree not to resell any products purchased from us without our prior written consent. Unauthorized resale of our products may result in the termination of your account and legal action, including but not limited to civil and criminal penalties.

No Delivery to Children:

  • Our service is intended for use by adults only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not use our service or submit any personal information to us.

Arbitration & Injunctive Relief:

  • You agree that a breach of these Terms may cause irreparable harm, and we may seek injunctive relief in addition to any other remedies available at law or in equity.
  • You agree that any and all claims arising from or relating to these terms or any good or service provided by us (People Tees LLC) to you and/or the person or entity you represent shall be subject to binding arbitration under the federal arbitration act (“faa”). This includes claims based on contract, tort, equity, statute, or otherwise, as well as claims regarding the scope and enforceability of this provision. It includes all claims by or against you, us, and/or others providing or receiving any product or service related to these terms or your purchase(s) or transaction(s) with us. However, at the election of any party, any claims subject to the jurisdiction of a small claims court are not required to be arbitrated; nor are claims for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property rights.
  • A single arbitrator shall decide all claims and shall render a final, written decision. You may choose the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”), Jams, or other similar arbitration service provider acceptable to us to administer the arbitration. Consistent with the FAA, the appropriate AAA rules, Jams rules, or other service provider rules shall apply, as determined by the arbitrator. For AAA and Jams, these rules are found at www.adr.org and www.jamsadr.com.
  • Each party to the arbitration shall pay his, her, or its own costs of arbitration, unless otherwise required by the relevant arbitration rules. If you cannot afford your arbitration costs, you may apply for a waiver under the relevant rules.
SMS Messaging:
  • By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from us related to your orders, account activity, and promotional material.
  • Message and data rates may apply.

Updating These Terms:

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes to these Terms will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Termination of License and Your Account:

  • We reserve the right to terminate your license to use our service and your account at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
